Built in 1925, this small modern style apartment building covers an area of 486 m2 and a floor space of 1,311 m2.The apartment is named after the road it is on. It has a five-storey reinforced concrete structure. The façade is vertically divided into three sections; the middle is slightly projecting; the rectangular door opening on the ground floor has a canopy; and the floors above the ground floor have projecting balconies. The building has a double-slope roof and square doors and windows. The walls on the ground floor are covered with cement roughcast, while the middle part of the walls above the ground floor is pasted with yellow face bricks, and the two sides and the top are painted light green.It is now a civilian residence. On April 27, 2017, it was designated as a Cultural Relic Protection Site in Xuhui District by the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Xuhui District, Shanghai.
